Thank you for your time visiting our site, if I may, I would like to provide you some details about our courses:

levels: 8 - from absolute beginners to post-proficiency

duration: 50 + 12 hours, ie 50 hours of classroom teaching + 12 hours of conversation and catch up lessons. From October to February and again from February to June

frequency: twice a week, lessons are of 90 minutes each

nº students: min 6 - max 10, all of the same level and age, and with the same objectives

teachers: native English speakers, with University degrees and qualifications in the teaching of English as foreign language

methodology: it emphasises oral communication, with numerous activities that encourage students to use the language in a practical manner

certificate: it states the level reached on completion of the course

exams: since 1993 we have been preparing students for the KET, PET, FCE, CAE, CPE examinations of the University of Cambridge. In June 2007 session 82 out of 89 of our students passed with flying colours

additional services: catch-up lessons and conversation groups

self - study centre: it offers a wide range of materials: from feature films to audiobooks, from dictionaries to comics and much more.

Our school is small, but this is an advantage because it allows me, the Director of Studies, not only to know each student personally but also to understand each student's needs and help him or her by supplementing the course with the material necessary for a successful learning. Furthermore, because I am Italian, I have had direct personal experience (for over 30 years!) of the difficulties that a student of English can encounter, and am therefore able to help students foresee and overcome such difficulties before they become real problems.

For the very reason that our school is small, we are able to establish a friendly atmosphere and create a relaxed, cheerful environment where people feel at home and which leads to excellent learning. Our past students would be, I am sure, happy to confirm this.
